Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time. On the mobile app, go to Profile and tap "Delete Account". On the website, go to Settings and click "Delete Account". Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information and personal data
• Event registrations and feedback
• Push notification tokens and notification history
• Active subscriptions (cancelled immediately)
• Pending payment records
• Your authentication credentials

Completed payment records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Note that disabling cookies may limit some functionality of our platform.

8. Push Notifications

When you enable push notifications:

• We store your device token to send you relevant notifications
• You can disable notifications at any time through your device or account settings
• We automatically unregister your device when you log out
• Notification data is handled securely through Firebase Cloud Messaging

When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed immediately, except for completed payment records which may be retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
